Twin View Silent Type 60G is a calf Joe has really liked from a young age. The mating between Drake and Malibou 199D was very intentional to recreate his full sister who sold in Function and Finesse last fall to Ledgerwood Gelbvieh of Washington. She calved with a beautiful udder just like Silent Type’s mother. Silent Type’s granddam was selected by MacDougall Ranch of Barriere, BC a couple years ago to be a foundation female for their developing purebred herd. Silent Type is the larger framed, stretchier made of the Drake sons. With a 79 pound birthweight and sky high EPD’s calving ease and birthweight, he is a great candidate for the heifer pen.
